拿提問句來說
the news that he told me just now is true．
句中因為有明顯的過去時間狀語"just now"
顯然不能用現在完成式.
如果去掉這個時間狀語下面兩者表達都是正確的the news that he told me is true.
他曾經告訴過我的這個訊息是真的
the news that he has told me is true.
他告訴過我的這個訊息是真的

the news that he has told me just now is true．這是不對的。
just now是一般過去式的標誌，只可以用the news that he told me just now is true。
而he has told me可用在the news that he has already told me is true.（already是現在完成時的標誌）
而he had told me可用在the news that he had already told me yesterday was true.（這裡的時態是過去時，譯過來即昨天我已經……）
