非常簡單，記住：
help 後面的不定式，一般不帶 to， 除非賓語太長，以及被動語態。
一、正常情況：i helped him stand up. he helps clean the room.
we helped wash dishes after dinner.
二、被動語態：he was helped to finish his homework. mary was helped to stand up.
三、賓語太長：（如果賓語不長：he helps his sister do her homework) he helps his sister who is disabled since childhood to do some exercises every morning.
